Liquid Hope

Over the Christmas season, Chicago First Church of the Nazarene took part in the Advent Conspiracy by launching a project they’re calling Liquid Hope. The idea was simple: Create custom HWP labels, attach them to water bottles, sell those bottles, and use the proceeds to provide clean water for those living without it in Haiti. The success of the project was undeniable: They raised more than $10,000 to go toward the Haiti Water Project. Youth pastor Tim Britton says they set out “with the intent of being a small part of the solution for the global water crisis.” We say that caring about the cause means helping real people in real ways, and that’s big.
