World Water Day

Saturday, March 22 is designated as World Water Day to call attention to the overwhelming need for clean water around the world. The Haiti Water Project joins together with other organizations on this day to say it doesn’t have to be that way. Something as simple as clean, safe water can transform a community. It means less illness and fewer deaths. It means focusing more on life and less on survival. And it doesn’t take much to provide a community with life-giving water. As little as $1,000 can help churches in Haiti provide sustainable resources to meet the needs in their communities.
